Now Open in Courtown Harbour

As many of you are already aware, we have just opened our doors at our new location in Courtown Harbour after a particularly vicious storm destroyed our previous sanctuary in Dingle. Despite the name and location change, we are still the same group rescuing seals from the entire Irish coastline!

We are still working hard to get everything set up properly, but we still have many changes ahead to provide the best experience for everyone that visits, be it a person or an animal in need of care! :)

Still in need of some TLC, the centre is now open to visitors! Come in for a tour to meet all of the seals!

The sanctuary is open for visitors after 10am every day, with the exception of a few select holidays so we can give our hard working volunteers the day off. We provide tours to our visitors so they can be introduced to each seal and hear their individual stories. While we do have European Otters in our care, they are not available for viewing to the public at this time. We do hope to be able to stream footage and post lots of photos of them in the future so you can see what mischief they cause in the night, so stay tuned!
