Stride for Seals
Every step you take in Seal Stride helps give rescued seals the time, care and support they need to return to the wild. Grey Seals can dive to depths of up to 70 meters! Will you dive in to this challenge and take on our 70km Seal Stride?
Run or walk
- Walk 70km in 1 Mth (10,000 + Steps A Day)
- Run 70km in 1 Mth (3.5k – 5 times per week)

- If you raise over €100 you will receive a free seal pup adoption with personalised adoption certificate and a link and get regular updates on how your seal pup is doing on their journey to recovery!
- If you raise over €250 you can win the chance of attending one of our seal pup releases!
